Great location in the heart of the city, very quiet. Good breakfast, even champagne. Nice restaurant for dinners.

There's no such thing.

First off, this hotel is super close to charles bridge, amaizing! The room we got was really spacious and clean. The breakfast was really tasty with lots of options. The staff were friendly and super helpful, always around if u needed anything. Loved the vibes in the restaurant, it was cozy and seemed like home. Everything we wanted to see was within walkin distance, made our trips so much easier.

The spacious Executive Double Room was impeccably clean and featured a gigantic shower with a rain shower head. With its prime location just a few minutes from the Charles Bridge. A attentive staff always ready to assist, this hotel is a hidden gem. Breakfast was good too!

Its location was marvellous and unbelievable, just 5 minutes walk from a cultural monument. The attached restaurant and the Irish bar were on site...

Every employee we encountered was kind and obliging. The location was unbelievable and fascinating, at a walking distance from Cafe Slavia. Moreover, it was adjacent to restaurants, Charles Bridge and the centre.

Their staff were not particularly helpful.

There was no hot water for showers , leaving me cold and uncomfortable at night. The lack of proactive solutions or even a decent response from management when I raised these issues was utterly frustrating.

Great location near Charles Bridge

This hotel features unique, old-fashioned rooms that exude character, improved with a fine stone staircase leading to the lobby. It's also impressively located just 100 meters from an iconic bridge.

The breakfast options also felt repetitive over four days, and the lack of air conditioning made the rooms uncomfortably hot during the night due to an overpowering heater. Lastly, passing through the restaurant to reach your room isn't ideal, and there were minor issues like slow drains and inconsistent hot water during peak hours that could have been better.

We stayed in an Executive Double Room. It was spacious and bright. We could open the windows for fresh air. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had high-quality Occitane toiletries. But the noise was an issue. You could hear conversations from the hall and doors slamming. The combination of comfort and noise.

The room was huge and so quiet! I loved that it was just a 2 minute walk from the Charles Bridge! 🍻 The only downside was the breakfast could be a bit more organized.
